月，全球五亿人同时做了一件事：举着手机冲进公园、挤上街头、堵在商场门口，对着周围的每一栋建筑狂按快门。\n\n他们不是间谍，不是测绘员，不是军事侦察兵。他们在抓一只皮卡丘。\n\nPokémon Go 在 60 天内突破了 5 亿下载量。Twitter 花了好几年才达到的数字，这款 AR 游戏一周就做到了。美国大街上的场景荒诞得像行为艺术——有人翻别人家后院找可达鸭，有人开车撞了树因为屏幕里冒出一只妙蛙种子，还有新西兰居民去警局问能不能进去抓宝可梦。\n\n但在这层娱乐外皮下，运行的是一套完全不同的逻辑。\n\n每一次抛球，上传的不是一张照片，而是一个完整的数据包：GPS 坐标、手机朝向、海拔高度、移动速度。你不只是在抓宝可梦——你在给它上标注这栋楼的每一个侧面。Niantic 把这种之为「现实世界平台」（Real World Platform），听起来很科技、很美好。但这个平台的地基，是五亿人免费打工堆出来的 30 亿张地理标注照片。\n\n当时有人质疑。伊朗在 2016 年 8 月直接全国禁掉了 Pokémon Go，被全世界媒体嘲笑为「独裁政府过度反应」。十年后的今天回头看，那个「过度反应」可能是所有国家里最清醒的一个。\n\n## 第一笔钱来自 的技术就被用于战场态势分析——军事分析师用它研究巴格达的街道布局和萨达姆宫殿的建筑结构。\n\n2004 年 10 月，Google 花数千万美元收购了 Keyhole。核心技术变成了后来的 Google Earth。Hanke 本人进了 Google，当上了地理产品副总裁，开始主导一个更大的项目。\n\n## 街景车的「技术错误」\n\n2007 年，Google 推出了街景车项目。一种改装车，顶着一个装有 360 度相机阵列的桅杆，开始在全球 60 多个国家巡游，拍摄数十亿张街景照片。这是人类历史上第一次有人用相机完整记录全球街道。\n\n然后 2010 年，汉堡数据保护机构在一次检查中发现了异常：这些街景车在拍街道的同时，在秘密拦截沿途的 Wi-Fi 数据包。截获的内容是完整的数据流——密码、邮件内容、医疗记录、银行信息、甚至用户正在浏览的网页。\n\n这件事违反了德国、法国、澳大利亚、英国、加拿大、西班牙等多国通信隐私法。Google 在全球面临巨额罚款，美国联邦贸易委员会展开了调查，司法部也介入了。\n\nGoogle 的解释是：「技术错误。」一位名叫 Marius Milner 的工程师「不小心」在代码里引入了数据拦截功能，管理层完全不知情。\n\n这个「不小心」在数百辆车上运行了整整三年，覆盖了 30 多个国家，没有任何内部人员报告，没有任何管理人员叫停。美国 FCC 后来的调查报告显示，Milner 在内部文档中清楚描述了这个功能，文档分发给了多名 Google 工程师。\n\nGoogle 拒不向各国监管机构提交完整数据内容，以「工程师个人隐私」为由阻止直接调查 剥离独立，拿到了 Google、任天堂和宝可梦公司共 3000 万美元投资。\n\n2016 年 7 月 6 日，Pokémon Go 上线。接下来的事情大家都知道了。\n\n但如果你拆开这个游戏的每一个核心机制来看，会发现每一层设计都在最大化收集用户传感器数据：\n\n- **任务系统**把玩家引导到特定地点，用摄像头扫描建筑\n- **宝可梦巢穴**鼓励玩家重复访问同一地点，帮助系统构建该位置的多角度 3D 模型\n- **道馆机制**让玩家长时间停留，收集室内和周边环境的细节数据\n- **AR 模式**直接调用摄像头，在现实环境上叠加虚拟角色，同时拍摄现实场景的画面\n\niOS 版上线初期甚至静默请求了完整的 Google 账户权限——理论上可以读取用户所有邮件、Google Drive 亿张照片、优化了九年的地理数据库、以及在这些数据上训练出的大型地理空间模型（LGM），全部留在了 Hanke 手里。他用这些资产成立了新公司 **Niantic Spatial**。\n\n2026 年 3 月，Niantic Spatial 公开宣布与配送机器人公司 Coco Robotics 合作。Coco 的机器人在洛杉矶和达拉斯的街头送外卖时，用 Niantic Spatial 的 LGM 中存储的地面视觉特征做比对来确认位置。\n\nLGM 中存储的地面视觉特征，来自 Pokémon Go 玩家拍摄的那 30 亿张照片。\n\n一条完整的链条至此浮出水面：CIA 资金孵化的地图公司 → 变成全球最大的地面视觉数据收集游戏 → 数据训练出 AI 地理空间模型 → 最终服务于军用无人机的导航系统。\n\nIn-Q-Tel 同期孵化的另一家公司 Palantir，CEO Alex Karp 已经毫不掩饰地宣称 AI 正在重塑现代战争的性质。Palantir 的 AIP 平台在乌克兰战场上帮助乌军进行目标识别和打击决策，在加沙被以色列国防军用于情报分析。\n\n两枚种子，同一片土壤。\n\nHanke 在 2025 年发表过一篇博客文章，标题叫《未来 10 万亿美金的 AI 投资应该流向物理世界》。他的逻辑是：大模型已经教会了 AI 说话，但如果 AI apt update 的历史。\n\n但我翻了翻博客引擎的媒体文件夹，发现了一堆爬虫下载的新闻配图，有些图片的 EXIF 里还带着原始 URL。不是隐私泄漏，但提醒了我一件事：数据比你想象中活得久。\n\n十年前你漫不经心上传的一张照片，可能正在某个你完全不知道的数据库里，服务于一个你完全不同意的目的。没有犯罪，没有违法，每一环都在合规框架内——游戏公司收集数据 → 训练模型 → 授权给第三方 → 第三方用到军事领域。每一个步骤的单独看都找不到毛病，但串在一起，就是一条没有任何法律能追上的数据链。\n\n伊朗在 2016 年封禁 Pokémon Go
